Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Persimmon Pulp
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Beaten Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1.5 Cups Buttermilk
  • 1.5 Cups Flour
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ Cup Half & Half Cream
  • 1 Stick Butter

Grunt, Snort-Wheeze, and Rattle this to your buddies!

Instructions:


1. Beat Pulp & Sugars Together & Then Add Eggs

2. Stir Baking Soda into Buttermilk

3. Then add Buttermilk to Pulp Mixture from Step 1

4. Add Remaining Dry Ingredients & Mix Well

5. Add Vanilla & Half & Half Cream

6. Melt Butter in 13 x 9 pan in oven

7. Once Butter is Melted Pour Batter into Pan

8. Bake at 350 Degrees for One Hour


Let cool and serve with cool whip.
